Preventive fleet maintenance that does not depend on somebody remembering
Corrective work costs more than preventive work and it also parks the vehicle. The gap between the two is rarely technical. It is that nobody checked the schedule in time.
Why maintenance plans fall apart
Almost every fleet has a maintenance plan. What almost none of them have is a way to know, on an ordinary Tuesday, which vehicles are past their oil-change mileage and which are close to it.
The plan usually lives in a spreadsheet somebody updates when they remember. The odometer gets recorded when the driver reports it. The work order opens once the vehicle already sounds wrong. By the time the information reaches the person who decides, the preventive window has closed.
Ruvi flips the flow: the schedule triggers the alert, not the person. Every vehicle has its own intervals by mileage and by date, and the platform warns before they lapse.

Schedules by mileage and date
Each model gets its own intervals. A tractor unit does not follow the same schedule as a delivery motorcycle, and the platform does not treat them the same.
Alerts before things come due
The warning reaches the responsible person by WhatsApp and email, with enough lead time to book the shop instead of improvising.

Full history per vehicle
Every job is recorded with date, mileage, cost, parts and workshop. When you sell the vehicle, that history is worth money.
Cost per vehicle and per period
You see what each unit is costing and which ones are drifting above the average, usually the earliest sign that a replacement is due.
AI anomaly detection
When an invoice or a consumption figure falls outside a vehicle history, the platform flags it instead of waiting for month-end close.
Preventive against corrective
The comparison is not only about the price of the part. Downtime costs too.

Frequently asked questions
Can I import the maintenance plan I already have?
Yes. You can import your current intervals by CSV or define them per vehicle type inside the platform. There is no need to start from scratch.
Does my workshop have to pay or sign up?
No. The workshop gets a link to update the work order status and upload the invoice. No account and no license required.
Does it cover equipment as well as vehicles?
Yes, as long as the schedule can be expressed by date, mileage or hours of use. That covers excavators, generators and job-site equipment.
How does mileage get updated?
Three ways: the driver reports it from a phone, the workshop records it on intake, or it arrives from your GPS provider through the integration.
